The Solo Female Traveler Network (SoFe) is an online community of more than 300,000 women of all ages. If you’ve ever wanted to meet other solo travellers and explore a new country then their Global Meetup Tours are perfect. Their meet ups take you to some of the most iconic destinations as well as off the beaten track experiences.

Designed by solo female travellers who have been there and experienced each country, their itineraries are designed for women of any age wanting to learn when they travel. Their trips include free time so you can explore on your own or deepen your connections with other like-minded women on the same trip.

Within small groups of solo female travellers, you can explore destinations that you may not want to travel to alone such as: Bali, Egypt, Jordan, Guatemala, Morocco, Iran and India for the Pushkar Camel Fair, and Holi Festival. They even have their own Solo Female Traveler Network Guesthouse, located on the Indonesian island of Bali.

Solo Female Traveler Network Reviews

1. “I had always dreamed of visiting Egypt, but that's all it ever was to me, a dream. I didn't think there would ever be a possibility of me going there as a solo female traveler because quite frankly I didn't think I'd be brave enough to face a culture so foreign to me. Well, sure enough dreams come true. This trip was everything and more I could ever ask for. I saw places I only ever saw in photos, experienced “Egyptian Hospitality” first hand, had stereotypes of the middle east shattered, watched the sunrise over the Sahara, swam in the Nile AND the Red Sea, and danced to the sound of Nubian drums on a felucca at sunset on the Nile. How could a girl ever ask for more?

This trip was the perfect blend of history and education, culture, great food, bucket list items completed, and topped off with even better company. I left with memories that will last me a lifetime, and friends I can't wait to travel with again. Thank you SoFe Travel for making this dream of mine a reality I will cherish forever. Egypt has stolen a piece of my heart and I can't wait to return!” – Dani, Egypt Global Meetup Tour

2. “My experience traveling with the SoFe Traveler Network to Bali was phenomenal and I'm so glad I invested in it. I felt well taken care of and safe, which is so important as a female traveler. I enjoyed the diversity of the group, hanging out with the same people as you can get boring, and I'd never thought I'd be dancing at a beach club in Canggu with women of all ages.

I liked that we all came from different places and came to Bali for different reasons but in the end, we came together to make the most of the eight day trip and I'll always think back to my first trip to Bali with fondness. I say first trip because there will definitely be a second or third!” – Karen, Bali Global Meetup Tour
