Welcome to the Girl about the Globe Podcast
I'm very excited to announce that Girl about the Globe now has an official podcast! Our solo travel podcast covers everything and anything to do with solo female travel. Discover how solo travel changes you, the best places to travel alone, how to save money on the road and much more. Get inspired with our destination interviews, learn about life-changing trips, how to travel through different continents and so much more!
Our podcast kicks off with Things To Do When You're Travelling, giving you tips and ideas for how you can make the most of your time at home. For day two, we discuss anxiety and coping techniques to help us get through this anxious and challenging time.
From day three, we jump straight into our 14 Day Bounce Back Plan, a series of actions that you can take each day to help you to feel and look better. As many of us can't travel during the Coronavirus outbreak, I want to empower you with a self-development plan instead. Our two-week Bounce Back Plan will help you to reclaim your personal power and transform you into the best you.
I'm so proud that the Girl about the Globe podcast is top of the 25 Best Solo Female Travel Podcasts according to Feedspot! Thanks for listening and making this happen.
The podcast was launched in April 2020. You can now tune into our Girl about the Globe podcast once a week. Episodes are released on Mondays at 9:00 BST. Every Monday we cover a topic or destination to inspire you to solo travel.
